At Matsya by Utkarsh Ahuja, we take pride in our artisanal craftsmanship; if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a seamless return and exchange process within 7 days of delivery. Please ensure that all garments remain unworn, unwashed, and retain their original designer tags and packaging.

Return Process

  Visit our Returns Portal or email our concierge team with your order number and high-resolution images of the product within 48 hours of receipt.

  Quality Approval

  Our quality assurance team will review your request to ensure the item meets our eligibility criteria for a return or exchange.

  Secure Pickup

  Once approved, we will schedule a complimentary reverse pickup from your registered address; please ensure the package is securely sealed.

  Refund or Store Credit

  After the garment passes a physical inspection at our atelier, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 7-10 business days.
