What is the typical delivery timeline for an order?
Since each Matsya piece involves intricate craftsmanship and hand-embroidery, domestic orders typically take 4 to 6 weeks for delivery. International orders may take 6 to 8 weeks depending on the destination.
Do you offer customization or made-to-measure services?
Yes, we offer bespoke services. You can provide your specific measurements during the checkout process or contact our concierge team for personalized design modifications and fit consultations.
What is your return and exchange policy?
As our garments are made-to-order, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect. In such cases, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
How do I ensure I am selecting the correct size?
We provide a detailed size guide on every product page. We recommend comparing your body measurements with our chart. If you are between sizes, we suggest choosing the larger size for ease of alterations.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, and Net Banking for domestic orders. For international customers, we offer secure payment processing through PayPal and Stripe.
Are the colors of the products accurate on the website?
We strive to display our colors as accurately as possible. However, due to the hand-dyed nature of our fabrics and variations in digital monitor settings, slight color differences may occur.
